This week I had the wonderful opportunity to witness my girlfriend break through her plateau of 360lbs leg press. For a while she was a little fearful and hesitant to step outside of her comfort zone. But, this week she decided to take a step forward. She ended up Leg pressing 500lbs. What an amazing accomplishment.
Mind over matter is truly real. Its no coincidence how a woman rescued her own child by lifting a car or how iron men pull cars/bus`s with their hands. I stand by the belief that training is mind over matter. This method is done by training your mind to believe that you have the power within to push or endure and exceed expectations.

Fitness has a lot to do with willpower.
