Don’t waste your energy on worrying

Its said that that 90% of what we worry about never comes to pass. Whether that stat is true or not, there’s probably some truth to it in your life. How much of our lives do we miss because we’re agonizing over what might happen down the road or what happened in the past? How often do we fail to act–even if it’s the right thing to do–because we fear any number of possible consequences. Fretting over the future doesn’t solve any impending problems. Why? Because the future hasn’t happened yet.

Worrying only paralyzes your actions of the present. It stresses you out, makes you mentally and physically tired, and saps all the fun out of what could have been another great day. Next time you start to worry about what might happen, think of this: You can prepare right now at this very moment for a brighter future. Today will determine your tomorrow. So do what you can and forget what you cannot control.

Too many of us worry about things that we cannot change. Things that are out of our control. Like the weather? How many people do you know complain about the weather. When winter comes they say its to cold i cant wait for summer. Then when summer come`s they complain about it being to hot.  Worrying just gives you something else to focus on. In my opinion it just clouds are thoughts and prevents us from having real clarity in are minds. Instead of worrying about the things you cannot control, remind yourself that worrying doesn’t bring change. If it`s a situation that you can control, then there is no reason to worry! Call a friend and talk to them about your concerns. Two mind`s are better then one and this approach may help with finding a solution. To sum things up, my motto is to live life now. There is no greater time then the present time. Make the most out of it,enjoy it,be present in it, let go of the past,plan and prepare for the future and live life NOW.
