Why did you decide to enter the 8 Week New years Challenge?

I entered the 8 week New Year’s challenge because I feel that as of December, this is a new beginning for me.  At the same time I made the decision to move out, this challenge was introduced, and believed that this would be a great compliment. It will be challenging due to all the adjustments I have to make along with some of my physical issues.  Sometimes transformations are an overhaul and that’s what feel is happening in my life at the present moment.

What is the most important aspect that has helped you achieve your fitness goals thus far?

Having a great and very supportive trainer which makes the workouts challenging and enjoyable.  Trying to make time to get enough sleep, being around positive people and letting go of dead weight.  Oh you said the most important.  It would have to be deciding to make me a priority in my life and trying to fulfill my needs whichever they may be but health being at the core of it all.
