Online PT is when a personal trainer on the other side of the net designs a customized workout plan for you based on your needs. Different programs offer different features for online personal training, they include:

Since online personal training is growing, it can be deduced that it does indeed work for some people. Online personal training is a great option for the following categories of people.
No Time: Since online personal training is the most flexible form of personal training in terms of time – if you need to cancel last minute, it isn’t an issue – it can be a great choice for people who are truly crunched for time and have to slip workouts in among other commitments. For example, a parent juggling kids and a job may have trouble keeping personal training appointments, and online personal training may be a good option for them.
