Why did you decide to enter the 8 Week New years Challenge?
Why not enter the 8 Week New Years Challenge! With four races (1 ½ marathon and 3 Tri’s) planed this year, this was the perfect way to jump-start my training. I’m always looking for new and fun ways to motivate myself yet hold myself accountable for my eating and workouts.
What is the most important aspect that has helped you achieve your fitness goals thus far?
Plan, Plan, Plan. Planning my work out days and times as well as my meals at the beginning of the week always achieved better results than weeks where I flew by the seat of my pants.
