Hitting 30 is a pivotal time in most men’s lives. Although ’30 is the new 20,’ you start to feel old, and you feel like its all downhill from here. I wanted to really feel like I was 20 again, get back into shape, and have more energy in my every day life. Mike was the perfect guy to help me reach these goals. His energy and positive outlook on life really helps you get through the gruesome workouts at the beginning. He constantly changes the routine so your muscles aren’t used to the same exercise. He is extremely flexible. Throughout my time training with Michael, I have had several issues and some of which are consistent. With his help I have succeeded in losing weight, having my cholesterol come within the normal range, getting my high blood pressure under control, my iron levels where they should be and continuing to manage my iliotibial band syndrome, arthritis and of course all of this while continuing to lose the remaining weight.
He has many training skills, but what sets him apart from most trainers (I have experienced several) is his true desire/willingness and need to help everyone succeed. He cares deeply about his clients. He shows it through taking the time to continuously send emails to inform you of health issues, texts to see how you’re doing (sometimes you feel he’s psychic), constantly following up to see how you are meeting your goals and if not, how you can and if there is anything he can assist you with. He listens to your needs and incorporates them into your training or in his approach to you or your training program. He tries or helps you to figure out what holds you back to being the best person you can be while looking your best.
He is a great role model since he practices what he preaches. He is calm, kind, caring, focused, spiritual, strong and has great determination to succeed in life. That is the energy he brings when he trains and works with his clients. When training with him, I’ve noticed that his energy has helped me pay attention to the things that matter most and learning how to toss out the unneeded negative energies, which are counterproductive to my success.

Michael is a great Personal Trainer. I have lost 40 pounds and a remarkable %17 body fat. I’m much healthier than i was before i started training with him. He has made me capable of working longer hours and lessoned the pain i used to endure. Now at the age of 64, i can still stone carve and i have even tried chainsaw carving.
