I often get asked what type of diet im on. I always answer with it`s not about dieting because dieting is short term. Eating healthy should be done around the clock at least %80-90 of of %100. Eating healthy shouldn’t be looked at as dieting or “Bird food” as some people may call it but a way of life or lifestyle.
